Included in the tuition fee is the full workshop program, usually 7 days, accommodation for 8 nights with breakfast and all food during the workshop program. Participants will be presented with a list of available snacks and drinks to select form at the beginning of a workshop so FocusOnNature can stock preferred provisions during field trips. Dinners will be at the hotels where the group accommodates or at good restaurants in the neighborhood depending on situation each time. 

Not included:

Additional accommodation to the 8 nights with breakfast, food and traveling not included in the workshop program, or other special expenses not directly connected to the workshop

Refunds and Cancellations:

For workshops at the Focus on Nature, all deposits will be refunded IN FULL if a workshop is canceled. If you decide to withdraw from a workshop, your deposit will be refunded less $ 200 if informed 90 days before, less $ 350 if informed 89 to 60 days before, and less $ 500 if informed 59 to 30 days before. Our obligations to the professionals and staff of Focus on Nature dictate that no refund of payments will be made to you if you do not notify us of your withdrawal 30 days before the start of the workshop. In the event that a replacement is found to fill your vacant space, all payments, less the withdrawal fee will be refunded. No refund of fees will be made for no-shows or for withdrawal after the workshop begins.

If a workshop is likely to be canceled due to lack of participation, Focus on Nature will inform all registered participants with a warning via email with a two month notice and if minimum number is not reached 1 month before workshop is set, FocusOnNature might come up with an optional program or the workshop is canceled and deposits paid refunded. Focus on Nature is not responsible for any financial commitments registered participants have done to a third party like airlines or other services related to their workshop registration.
