Is Iceland different?
To me it is not. I have lived there most of my life. I have been traveling down to the estuary at 04 AM for fishing sea-trout. Since I remember I have seen the glaciers from the black sand on the southeast coast at 08 AM. I have driven through the farmland in the afternoon and passed the area where the biggest river in the world rushes down to the see when the Vulcan Katla underneath the Myrdals-glacier erupts. This does not look strange to me. Does it to you? Do you see something I don't see? Probably you do and your pictures will show it.
